- Our Clinician will become a part of our multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrist, Nurse, Residential Counselors) that provide an array of therapeutic services to individuals in our care.
- This position reports to our Clinical Director who can provide clinical supervision, while the agency at large offers monthly clinical rounds, and training to enhance and broaden learning opportunities and professional development.
- Develop and work with youth and family on a comprehensive treatment plan and discharge plan (with new discharge)
- The five youth should receive Trauma Focused CBT, Structural Family Therapy, and Allied Therapeutic Leisure Pursuits
- Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field and a license to practice independently in NJ including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD. OR Masters level therapist licensed to practice in NJ including LSW and LAC under the on-site supervision of a NJ independently licensed therapist with a documented plan to achieve clinical licensure within 3 years
