Clinical Supervisor - Contract

- Under direction, provides direct and indirect clinical services to consumers, their families and designated others; supervises staff members and performs leadership roles as assigned; implements program components, participates in developing and implementing program outcomes and evaluations, monitors and collects data and develops statistical reports; teaches clinical methods and assists with day-to-day program functioning, performs other related duties as assigned.
- Provides supervision to clinical staff including employee orientation, weekly or bi-weekly supervision meetings, performance reviews, case consultations, record reviews, and monthly clinical team meetings.
- Acts as a liaison with other MCCMH direct and contract service providers, Integrated Care Organizations (ICO’s), Managed Care Providers, and community agencies with the intent of ensuring prompt and appropriate coordination of health services.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Doctorate in Psychology or a directly related mental health field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
