- The Clinical Skills Operations Manager (CS-Ops) will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the clinical skills curriculum by coordinating all clinical skills event logistics, including, but not limited, the training sessions and events involving standardized patients (SPs).
- The CS-Ops Manager will be expected to work with the Standardized Patient Program Manager, clinical skills educators, clinical skills preceptors, simulation personnel, and faculty members from all the ARCHES's disciplines using SPs.
- Screens, selects, and assists in the training of SPs in collaboration with the Standardized Patient Manager.
- Provides support and access to equipment and instructional technology, training tools and protocols, and AV resources to all clinical skills preceptors and faculty members from all the ARCHES's disciplines using SPs in any events.
- Manages the use of audio-visual-recording-assessment software including, event case templates, assessments, and evaluation reports, faculty and student schedules, and announcements.
