- Reporting directly to Dr. Yakeel T. Quiroz, Director of the Multicultural Assessment and Research Center and the Multicultural Alzheimer's Prevention Program-MAPP in the Department of Psychiatry at MGH, the Clinical Research Coordinator-I (CRC) will be responsible for administrative management of ongoing clinical research studies, and for assisting with cognitive testing of adult patients.
- The CRC will be responsible for day-to-day implementation of study protocols including patient recruitment and screening; creation and submission of study related documents (protocols, consent forms, etc.)
- to the IRB; monitoring and reporting of all protocol deviations and adverse events to the IRB; gathering of research participants’ data; quality assurance and data monitoring; subject payment/reimbursement; completion of case report forms and data entry into online data repositories; ordering equipment and supplies.
- Other responsibilities include administration of cognitive tests to adult participants and patients; working on recruitment and outreach to the Latino community in Boston for imaging, and supporting other research projects.
- Bachelor's degree with a major in psychology, neuroscience, biology, computer science or a related field.
