- The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will perform tasks with general direction in order to coordinate research protocols, as directed by the Principal Investigator (PI) and the Clinical Research & Community Outreach Coordinator (CRCOC).
- The CRC will schedule participants, and coordinate the data collection and operations of several concurrent clinical research studies under the guidelines of research protocols, UCSF and regulating agency policies.
- The Memory and Aging Center (MAC) is a clinical research unit within the UCSF Department of Neurology that investigates the clinical (neurological, cognitive, behavioral, neuroanatomic) characteristics of various neurodegenerative diseases.
- The Primary Investigator's (PI) research within the MAC focuses on the decision-making processes in patients with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), Alzheimer's Disease (AD), primary progressive aphasia (PPA), and other neurodegenerative disorders.
