- SUMMARYThe Clinical Social Worker Associate is accountable/responsible for the day to day treatment, management, disposition, and aftercare plan for his/her assigned patients with particular attention to taking responsibility for the prudent use of clinical resources.
- Provide ongoing assessment and formulation of the patient's needs in order to update the patient's plan of careincluding responsibility for the timely completion of a Treatment Plan that will satisfy clinical and regulatoryrequirements.
- QualificationsEducation: MSW License; Attaining Massachusetts LCSW licensure is not required upon hire to perform the essential functions of this job, however, as a condition of continued employment, it is a requirement to receive LCSW licensure within 12 months of hire, or upon the one year anniversary of employment-along with the annual review.
