- Reports to: Boutique Manager / Operations Manager
- Working with the Boutique Management, the Client Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Client Service functions of the Boutique.
- Responsibilities include coordinating the POS System, Aftersales, Phone Communication, Cash Integrity, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, Client Service, and assisting in all areas of Boutique operations as needed.
