- A Client Services Manager will be the key liaison between clients stakeholders and onshore and offshore delivery teams while partnering closely with sales teams to ensure seamless communications, exceptional project delivery, and service excellence.
- This role is critical in helping eClerx retain and expand existing business relationships while delivering high-quality solutions, execution, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Handle escalations with clients, internal teams and onshore/offshore delivery.
- 2 years working in client-lifecycle functions (e.g., client onboarding, know your customer, client due diligence, anti-money laundering, financial crimes) or client-regulatory initiatives
