- Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance
- Regularly seek opportunities to use firm resources for peer sharing and collaborating with Financial Advisors
- Use creativity to tackle complex problems; Manage client servicing requests and account maintenance; Use multiple communication methods to ensure a consistent and exceptional client service experience.
- Interact directly with clients to answer questions regarding administrative tasks such as money movement requests, account balances, re-ordering of checks, and charitable giving confirmations
- Utilize CRM application to perform various functions, such as submitting/assigning tasks, running dialogues (onboarding/off boarding of clients, new contract, and RMD requests), creating new contact entries, updating existing contact information, utilizing the dashboard feature to track tasks, running reports, etc.
