- Under the direction of the Program Manager, the primary responsibility of the Client Advocate is to work one-on-one with clients to ensure they are provided with the resources, training, and support they need to develop their job readiness and overcome their barriers so they can meet their employment goals.
- Responsibilities will include client intake and assessment, development of an Individualized Employment Plan and actionable goals, coaching, training, advocacy, referrals, providing resources, appropriate training recommendations, including needed accommodations, case noting, and consulting with internal and external support personnel, among others.
