- JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Provides general office support and performs clerical duties such as routine typing, filing, answering phones, copying, and collating materials.
- Performs data entry associated with specific work functions within the department such as time entry for multiple construction projects, invoice processing, work request job scheduling and closing.
- Records Management Custodian responsibilities including file maintenance, reporting and compliance to internal and regulatory required records retention policies.
- Must be willing to assume a storm restoration role and travel if necessary.
