- Provide guidance and technical assistance to employees, contractors and local agencies for construction projects regarding all Civil Rights programs to include DBE, Emerging Small Business (ESB) program, OJT and labor compliance;
- Interpret contract provisions for federally-aided construction projects, Davis-Bacon Act and applicable federal regulations;
- A Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Business Administration, Communications, Construction Management, English, Ethnic Studies, History, Human Resources, Law, Organizational Development, Leadership & Community Engagement, Philosophy, Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, or a closely related field;
- A graduate degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Leadership, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration, or Sociology will substitute for the undergraduate degree and the required professional experience on a y ear-for-year basis.
