- Selby's is currently seeking a Chocolatier to lead daily production and continue growing our hand made chocolate bon bons and bars program.
- 1-2 years experience; fine dining and previous artisanal chocolate production experience is a big plus.
- Be inspired and driven, have a keen sense of urgency and a passion for local and sustainable cuisine.
- Know and consistently adhere to our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, as well as company policies and procedures.
- We are looking for a career minded individual with professionalism, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.
