- Cornell University seeks a Chief Research Compliance Officer to oversee the Office of Research Integrity and Assurance and its response, risk, and audit activities across multiple Cornell campuses.
- ORIA provides oversight and guidance for faculty committees, in particular the Institutional Animal Care & Use Committee (IACUC), Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC), Institutional Review Board (IRB), Financial Conflicts of Interests Committee (FCOIC), Research Integrity Council (RIC), Research Security and Compliance Committee (RSCC), and Research Integrity Inquiry and Investigation committees.
- The office also oversees export control and collaborates with all Cornell campuses, including Weill Cornell Medicine and Cornell Tech, to develop a One Cornell approach to institutional research compliance and integrity.
- Collaborating with Weill Cornell Medicine, in a One Cornell approach to institutional research compliance and integrity.
- Identifying strategic goals and initiatives in research integrity and compliance and partnering with other Cornell offices, including Office of General Counsel, Internal Audit, Financial Affairs, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources.
