- REPORTS TO: VP, Strategy & Operations (VPSO)
- Reporting directly to the Vice President, Strategy and Operations, you will engage with OUS executives and the Board of Directors on matters related to Oxfam America’s employees, including HR and employee strategy and organizational alignment, key employment trends, retention strategies, organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational risk management among others.
- You have led and learned from implementation of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives and are eager to bring that experience to bear to help build a feminist and anti-racist culture at Oxfam.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive People Strategy to enable Oxfam America’s mission and strategic objectives, further feminist and anti-racist commitments, and build Oxfam’s well-established brand.
- Co-lead strategic priority to build a feminist and anti-racist culture, inclusive of best practices to support diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) at every level of the organization.
