- The position is responsible for six core functions: facilities, safety and maintenance; culinary operations; hospitality and guest services; retail operations; IT support services; and business office operations (registration and scholarship management).
- Understand and support the special needs of historic preservation as well as renovation and new construction processes.
- Partner with Culinary Director to deliver excellent guest experience while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Partner with Hospitality Manager to ensure efficient and timely attention to guest services, including housekeeping services and maintenance/repairs.
- Partner with Retail Logistics Manager to ensure successful operations with focus customer service and growth in sales.
