- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all aspects of Finance for the Company’s operations and serve as the strategic finance partner with the executive leadership team.
- Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the CFO will represent the business to executive leadership and the organization.
- Specific responsibilities include the following areas: Financial Leadership, Financial Reporting/Planning/Analysis, Investment Strategy, Treasury, Accounting Systems/Controls, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Provide overall direction for effective recording, analyzing, and reporting of all financial results (i.e. budgeting, planning, analysis, consolidated financial reporting, taxes, cost accounting, systems).
- In conjunction with the President/CEO, develop and evaluate corporate financial strategy and objectives including budgets, forecasts, risk management, and compliance.
