- Serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and directs, develops, and oversees all financial, accounting, and budgetary functions for a financially and operationally diverse and complex state agency.
- Researches fiscal impact of proposed bills affecting agency and prepares reports for Revenue and Fiscal Affairs.
- Represents the Agency as needed at board meetings, committee hearings, budget debates, or other meetings as appropriate as part of the legislative budget process.
- Directs the procurement activities for the Agency to ensure compliance with the Procurement Code. Oversees the Agency’s Fleet Management program to include the procurement staff’s management of fleet vehicles and compliance with State Fleet Management policies and guidelines.
