- As a Chief Clinical Officer, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, fostering superior quality patient care, standardizing clinical protocols, developing clinical strategic goals and program expansion and contributing to the recruitment and retention of clinical staff.
- In addition, the Chief Clinical Officer provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership that promotes a culture of excellence in patient care.
- The CCO ensures that data-driven performance management and quality improvement programs are designed and implemented in a manner that aligns with the company’s overall strategic direction and core values.
- Submit annual department budget projections to President/CEO.
- A Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist with a Bachelors’ degree in nursing, healthcare administration or a related field, required; Master’s Degree preferred.
