- We are looking for a leader that is passionate about the culinary arts to join our team as Chef de Cuisine.
- A college graduate in a field related to culinary arts or hospitality management is highly preferred.
- The Chef de Cuisine will assist with planning and execution of the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food in the Outlets of the hotel.
- Guide the nightly cleaning of all kitchen areas and follow up with the PM stewarding crew to ensure the dish area is clean and organized for the next day’s service
- Assist the Executive Chef in the creation, costing, and implementation of seasonal and special menu
