- The Red Cow is looking to hire an Executive Chef. The Red Cow is a French style bistro that serves house made charcuterie, local seafood, and a robust selection of steaks and other french favorites.
- The Executive Chef is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and food program.
- Responsibilities include hiring, training the team, menu development, managing COGs, scheduling and managing labor.
- At ESR we support and encourage all full time staff members to work a 4 day or 40 hour work week
- Great Salary - range of $75,000 - $95,000 (Salary + Potential Bonus)
