- Must have entry level skills and knowledge in the provision of occupation therapy services with clinical field work completed in an acute care or sub-acute care setting.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant by the NBCOT required or obtained within 6 months.
- Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant through the State of Minnesota required, or Temporary OTA permit required with Occupational Therapy Assistant license obtained within 90 days.
