IDEAL CANDIDATE <ul><li>Is someone excited to join a thriving and energetic team</li><li>Is someone who loves to continue their education and learn more to better serve their patients</li><li>Is someone who believes that patients deserve One-on-one care with a highly trained clinician</li><li>Is someone who values a lifelong relationship with patients and who can provide therapy services across the lifespan </li></ul>Responsibilities <ul><li>Deliver quality occupational therapy services according to treatment plans for patients</li><li>Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)</li><li>Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload</li><li>Meet all clinical, departmental, and regulatory expectations</li><li>Conduct patient and family education</li><li>Participate in a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication </li></ul>Experience/Education/Qualification Experience: <ul><li>Must have at least one (1) year of hospital acute experience; new graduates with strong acute clinical rotations welcome to apply</li><li>Has one (1) year of hospital acute experience or experience in a skilled environment </li></ul>Education <ul><li>Must have a Degree from an ACOTE-accredited school </li></ul>Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration <ul><li>Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Maryland</li><li>Basic Life Support(BLS/BCLS) through the American Heart Association </li></ul>EMR System: Meditech experience preferred Shift: Monday - Friday with one weekend day/month Knowledge/Skills/Abilities <ul><li>Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication</li><li>Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence </li></ul>M-267543 Mobile Health Team, Inc is a workforce solutions company.
