- Care is generally provided in the home, however, transportation, errands, and escort services may also be assigned as designated in an individual’s care plan.
- The CNA II may also provided skilled tasks that requires special training and competencies that a Personal Care Attendant or a Certified Nursing Assistant cannot provide.
- Position is responsible for providing services as assigned by the RN Field Supervisor in accordance with the individual’s approved service plan.
- Nail care (does not include nail care for clients with Diabetes)
- In addition to the above tasks, the CNA II may be required to provide other tasks that are required by client’s needs and level of care.
