- The Certification Specialist /Administrative Assistant reports to The Project Administrator / Office Manager in the Operations Department.
- As the Administrative Assistant you are responsible for standard office duties including phone management, processing mail, office supplies, event planning and assisting where needed.
- Duties include answering the phones, processing the mail, ordering and stocking office supplies, snacks and drinks and planning lunches/company events.
- Experience with PennDot’s ECMS and PPCC and PA Turnpike’s Kahua platforms, (would be ideal, but not require)
- Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite, OneDrive, Google Drive & Adobe along with excellent data entry skills.
