- A BT/RBT is a Certified provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- An RBT follows an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) as designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: Must have ABA certification - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) If extended an offer, must be willing to participate in the Company's background check process.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) ABA certification - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): We can provide the training, development, and guidance necessary to successfully obtain the Registered Behavior Technician certificate.
