- ICF seeks an experienced Project Manager professional to work in the Housing and Community Development Group (HCD) supporting post-disaster community recovery efforts by providing high quality and effective technical assistance (TA).
- You should have in-depth experience in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) programs as well as other applicable Federal disaster recovery cross-cutting regulations.
- Some travel is required to work with CDBG-DR grantees on site and to provide training.
- These regulations and requirements include CDBG-DR, cross cutting Federal requirements (e.g., environmental review, labor standards, acquisition/relocation, fair housing), duplication of benefits, and others.
- 3+ years of experience providing training and technical assistance in the field of disaster recovery, affordable housing, economic development and/or community development.
