- He/she will ensure that each event is set-up and executed with high standards and as directed by the Catering and Social Events Manager, ensuring that the membership and guests are provided with exceptional food & beverage service.
- Working with Catering & Social Events Manager, the Catering & Social Events Coordinator will assist in promoting and marketing social and catered events to the membership and outside guests.
- Provide tours of venues with each member or guest interested in booking a catered event.
- Develops thorough, detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to include floor plans, seating charts etc., as directed by the Catering and Social Events Manager.
- Provides leadership role for each catered and social occasion with fewer than 50 guests, as Event Coordinator, owning every detail of the planning, set-up, execution, and closeout of each event.
