- The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking and coordinating social and special occasion private events including weddings and non-group corporate meetings.
- Candidates must bring a minimum of two years of hotel catering, sales, and management experience.
- Confirm in writing to the client, and all affected hotel departments, all group and catering requirements via sales contract terms, addendums, group resumes, e-mails, and banquet event orders.
- Work with the Chef and banquet manager in developing creative ideas to meet client needs and maximize revenue.
- Facilitate pre-conference / post-conference meetings with clients and key staff as needed.
