What You’ll Do <ul><li>Negotiate and review moderate to highly sophisticated contracts, amendments, addendum, SOW's, and project statements</li><li>Analyze spend data, licensing and subscription entitlements and utilization, supply market dynamics, category intelligence, technical and business requirements</li><li>Interfaces internally to leadership and externally as the procurement subject matter expert that supports management to make informed decisions</li><li>Understand user business objectives and requirements, and communicate processes, sourcing standards to end users </li><li>Analyze and summarize RFI/RFP responses and results. Partner on business case calculations, scenario modeling, and prepare recommendations for Senior Management</li><li>Implements strategies to best manage the supplier base for categories in scope, reviewing suppliers against contracted obligations/service levels and business expectations </li></ul>What You’ll Bring <ul><li>3+ years of progressively challenging roles in sourcing and category management of software or related experience</li><li>Ability to understand and negotiate complex commercial agreements with suppliers</li><li>Proficient in enterprise productivity systems such as Workday, Office, etc.</li><li>Understanding & ability to navigate Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process</li><li>Expertise in spend analytics, licensing/SaaS optimization and digital business trends</li><li>Understanding of cost-savings calculations</li><li>Ability to leverage market intelligence for positive contract outcomes</li><li>Tangible successes in large multi-year software/SaaS and technology services negotiations </li></ul>Stay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Blackbaud is a remote-first company which embraces a flexible remote work culture. The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
