- The goal of the caseworker is to provide compassionate, and respectful services supporting substance use disorder (SUD) recovery goals along with long term housing sustainability goals.

- The Caseworker will use a variety of skills, including Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care and Strengths Based Support to help the client achieve success with their recovery and housing goals.
- Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a social work- or mental health-related field, or a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and one year of full-time, relevant experience.
