- The Crisis Diversion Outreach Case Manager will have primary responsibility for face-to-face mental health diversion screenings, interventions, transitional case management, and assessments in addition to specific law enforcement second- responder duties.
- Acts as Liaison between law enforcement agencies, Jail Administrator and Mental Health Professional, and City/County Prosecutors regarding recommendations for jail diversion services for an identified individual.
- Liaison shall occur between Wenatchee Police Department, East Wenatchee Police Department, Chelan County Sheriff, and Douglas County Sheriff.
- Monitors diverted or deferred individuals compliance with the approved jail diversion plan and reports status to Director of Community Integration and appropriate Prosecutor
- Identify Jail Diversion options and track reporting data in collaboration with Jail Mental Health Professional, Crisis Intervention Team, and CC Program Evaluation.
