Some serve by providing hands-on care or medical treatment, others serve by assisting behind the scenes, but they all play an integral part in creating comebacks.Here are just some of the ways Hope Network invests in you for all that you do: <ul><li>$5,000 New Hire Bonus</li><li>Pay starting from $55,000 (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Medical, Vision, & Dental Care</li><li>Coverage of licensing examination fees and renewal expenses</li><li>License supervision provided</li><li>Supportive Work Environment</li><li>Educational Reimbursement</li><li>Career-Pathing</li><li>Paid Training</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off</li></ul>With your help, we can take on the challenges, the barriers, the statistics, and the seemingly impossible.What you'll be doing Therapy <ul><li>Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments.</li><li>Provide individual and group therapy.</li><li>Administer and score standardized psychological assessment measures including tests that measure intellectual and adaptive functioning and achievement.</li></ul>Case Management <ul><li>Coordinate and ensure consumer involvement in the Person-Centered Planning Process (PCP).</li><li>Meet with consumers face-to face as deemed medically necessary.</li><li>Development & implementation of each consumers Individual Plan of Service.</li><li>Participate in legal proceedings, petitioning, and testifying in clinical emergencies.</li></ul>Coordination of Care <ul><li>Communication with internal/external bodies (CMH, guardians, advocates, etc.)</li><li>Facilitate the coordination of consumer's intakes, discharges, and transfers.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing staff to offer behavioral supports before & after appointments, accompanying consumers to appointments & obtaining relevant information when medically necessary. </li></ul>Anticipated Schedule: <ul><li>Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:pm (flexible schedule)</li></ul>On Call Rotation (frequency varies on location)<ul><li>One day per week every other week</li><li>One weekend every other month</li></ul>On Call Compensation rates: <ul><li>Additional $50 for on-call duty during Monday to Friday</li><li>Additional $100 for on-call duty during Saturdays and Sundays</li><li>Additional $150 for on-call duty on holidays</li></ul>Job Requirements: <ul><li>Master's in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Degree.</li><li>You possess or are in progress to receive the one following licenses: Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) OR Limited Licensed Master Social Work (LLMSW), Licensed Psychologist (LP), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), OR Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP), Limited License Counselor (LLC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).</li><li>We will consider candidates who are currently in the process of obtaining licensure or are about to commence the licensure process with LARA.</li></ul>Our strength lies in diversity - empowering us to meet the distinct needs of over 34,000 individuals we're honored to serve each year.
