Responsibilities: Cargo Screeners fulfill the following responsibilities with the main priority of ensuring that we maintain compliance with local and federal regulations: <ul><li>Screening of aircraft personnel</li><li>Cargo/Aircraft Guarding </li><li>High Value Cargo Guarding & Security Screening </li><li>Warehouse access control and physical security </li></ul> Qualifications Qualifications: <ul><li>Ability to obtain an airport badge with customs seal: DHS requires a 10-year verifiable background check, including criminal, employment history. Also, must be able to pass a security threat assessment as administered by the TSA</li></ul><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Must have a valid State Security License</li><li>Upon hire, must provide proof of legal right to work in the United States </li><li>Must be able to pass all initial and recurrent training classes and exams </li><li>Federal regulations specify U.S. Citizenship, naturalized or birthright as an eligibility requirement to participate in mandatory position specific training</li><li>Be able to distinguish all colors in bright and low light conditions, and have vision correctable to 20/20 </li></ul>
