- As the Career Pathways Program Manager, you're excited to build pathways to identity-affirming careers for Black, Latinx, and Indigenous learners.
- You will be responsible for managing communications and overall programming for 1200+ HtH alumni, establishing and overseeing partnerships with continuing education organizations & companies (i.e. apprenticeship/internship opportunities), and for designing & implementing year-round community college cohort programming.
- Offer workspace navigation workshops that teach essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and navigating workplace culture, with a focus on challenges faced by Black, Latinx, and Indigenous individuals in tech environments.
