- The Career Coordinator will play a crucial role in our workforce development initiatives, focusing on outreach, recruitment, co-enrollment, case management, and supportive services for diverse populations, including immigrants, English language learners, people with disabilities, justice-involved individuals, and veterans.
- Work will be performed under the RERP (Regional Equity and Recovery Partnership) Grant under Santa Barbara County's Workforce Systems umbrella.
- Facilitate the recruitment and enrollment process for individuals seeking workforce development opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive and data tracking systems.
