- Reporting directly to the Cardiovascular Services Nursing Director, the Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Services CVICU will have the wonderful opportunity to oversee 2 separate fast-paced units, including the 12-bed CVICU and 28-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit for a total of 40 inpatient beds.
- The Nurse Manager will become responsible for management and supervision of an experienced team of 30, including Charge Nurses, Staff RNs, Techs, and CNAs. The Nurse Manager Cardiac Intensive Care Services will work with the Director on unit budgets, identify opportunities for performance improvement and continued nursing education, and will ensure safe and appropriate staffing for both units while upholding the mission and values of the organization.
