What our crew members love about Take 5: <ul><li>Free weekly car wash</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Competitive base pay plus commission opportunity</li><li>Employee recognition</li><li>Outdoor working environment</li><li>Health, dental, vision and life insurance</li><li>401k match</li><li>HSA and FSA plans</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul> As a Take 5 Assistant Manager, your job will be to: <ul><li>Provide training and oversight to site employees and provide general operational guidance; serves as role model to other team members</li><li>Assist the Site Manager with overall operation of the site; may execute open and close duties as per prescribed procedures.</li><li>Provide customers with information and benefits of our subscription/membership programs</li><li>Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed</li><li>Work safely and reports safety or maintenance issues to management</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work environment and inventory</li><li>Provide excellent customer service</li><li>Assist the customer in selecting menu options and process payment for services</li><li>Performs Crew Member duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer service</li><li>Guide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor</li><li>Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel</li><li>Become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge daily</li></ul> All our Assistant Managers need to meet the following requirements: <ul><li>A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public</li><li>Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning</li><li>Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary</li><li>Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds</li><li>Basic computer skills: ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into a point of sale system</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals</li><li>Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the car wash</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license</li></ul> #LI-DNI #DBHVOL
