- The campus police officer performs work involving the protection of life and property, the enforcement of laws and ordinances, the maintenance of order, and the investigation of crimes.
- The campus police officer will perform all essential functions of a North Carolina Law Enforcement Officer including, effecting arrest; order maintenance; preparing investigative and accident reports; exercising independent judgement in search and seizure and arrest situations.
