- The Campus Events and Conference Services department at the State University of New York at Oswego invites applications to fill a full-time Campus Events and Conferences Services (CECS) Coordinator.
- In consultation with the Assistant Director of Campus Events, responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, supervision, payroll and mentorship of student event set-up staff and Welcome Center staff, including two Graduate Assistants.
- Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director for Conference Services & Youth Policy Compliance to ensure compliance of the SUNY-wide Child Protection Policy, the Policy on Mandatory Prevention and Reporting of Child Sexual Abuse and other SUNY policies pertaining to youth protection by monitoring and providing on-site support to youth programs and activities that use campus facilities.
- Maintain a working user knowledge of audio-visual equipment such as smart TVs, laptops, projectors, etc.
- Master's degree in higher education administration, college student personnel, or a related field.
