- The candidate needs to have an understanding a call center environment, as they have a very strict schedule to manage maximum coverage of the phones.
- Microsoft Office, Proficient PC Skills, Adaptability and Flexibility Experience working in a support environment, including answering calls, emails, etc.
- Resources who have worked within a Technical support role in the past Level 1 or 2 would be a good match for this position.
- They should provide excellent customer service via the phone and have excellent written and verbal skills to support customer base.
