- Under the direction of the VP, Managing Director, the Business Unit Manager is responsible for executing Polygon's sales strategy to drive the overall success and growth of the assigned Region regarding all Sales and Operations activities.
- The Business Unit Manager will also provide leadership to a team of 5-8 Business Development Specialists and Project Managers to ensure cohesive and effective operation.
- In cooperation with the Director of Client Development (DCD), drive and monitor Sales Team pipeline and account development.
- Support team leaders to ensure successful project completion, including direct and indirect cost control, scope completion and change orders, documentation, quality-control, job-file completion and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize current ERP (NetSuite) for all functions of the position including but not limited to project management, asset management, inventory, purchasing, and time entry or approval.
