- Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Business Resiliency’s mission is to enable and continuously improve our businesses’ ability to provide key products and services to our customers in the event of a disruption.
- The team partners with business stakeholders to develop their Resiliency Plans, test and execute their Recovery Strategies, and support them through real life disruptions.
- As the Business Resiliency (BR) Strategy Manager in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you will support high profile, strategic initiatives designed to mitigate business disruptions.
- Sample strategic initiatives include the analysis and reporting of concentrated geographic resources and the examination and prioritization of risks posed by the use of Third Party service providers.
- This role requires a high performer with an eye for detail who works well with others.
