- The Business Development Representative reports to the Business Development Director and serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring individuals or organizations.
- Schedule is based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours, as directed by the Business Development Director.

- At least three years of marketing and/or sales, referral development, account management, sales growth and/or physician relationship-building experience within a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of behavioral health and addiction services marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming is highly preferred.
