- ROCKWOOL is seeking a Business Development Manager, Custom Builders to join our Custom Builder Team. The preferred candidate will be based in the Mid-Atlantic and the territory covers from MD to FL. Key cities include: Nashville, Washington DC, Charlotte, and Tampa.
- This position reports to the Key Account Manager, requires up to 50% travel and has no direct reports.
- You'll join a team of three passionate Business Development Managers, responsible for increasing market share with residential architects and the home builder community.
- You'll take a strategic approach to increasing market share of the ROCKWOOL brand to the residential architect and custom home builder community.
- You'll assume full ownership and provide sales guidance to Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers, ensuring that agreed upon targets and actions are communicated and executed.
