- Oversee the training and development of BDR team members, ensuring they excel in creating qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Director and Sales teams to refine opportunity management processes and improve account development strategies and work in partnership with Marketing to tailor outbound messaging and campaigns.
- Train other members of the BDR team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
- Ensure BDR team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development Director, as well as the Regional Sales AEs to identify key company accounts to develop.
