- OverviewUnder the direction of the Senior Director of Non-Clinical Drug Development and with limited direction, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for sales and marketing support for the Lovelace brand as it works to expand its efforts as a Contract Research Organization.
- The Business Development Manager will work to uncover and cultivate business opportunities to generate revenue predominately via contact with potential and existing clients.
- The primary focus areas will be to assist in identifying, stewarding and securing business opportunities in chemistry, bioanalysis, toxicology, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, ADME/PK, program management services, and all other related Lovelace research areas as directed by Lovelace Leadership, and perform all other related duties and tasks as required or assigned.
- Support Marketing, Sales and SMEs to analyze the market, identify opportunities and industry trendsProspect for new accounts and business that would benefit from Lovelace services by geography, service platform or stage of growth.
- Coordinate timely visits to well-qualified prospective or current accounts for the sales teamSupport marketing efforts, including generating content, developing collateral, coordinating e-blasts, social media, etc.
