- The Business Development Associate is responsible for sourcing and cultivating broker relationships which generate quality submissions that align with the Companys underwriting portfolio strategy.
- Perform outbound sales activities such as cold-calling, lead follow-up, email campaigns, and sales qualification
- Utilize underwriting portfolio strategy to qualify new business submissions
- Serve as subject matter expert on products and services offered and stay up to date on messaging and content, sales tactics, strategy and internal processes related to inside sales development
