- The overall responsibility for the program rests with the Enterprise Risk Management / Business Continuity team reporting directly to Strategy & Acquisitions.
- A minimum of five years' work experience in business continuity and risk management in aerospace or a related field, with a background to include project management, risk assessment, business impact analysis, security and crisis management, quality control, process improvement, and the formulation and maintenance of emergency response and business continuity plans.
- Engaging the various teams and organizations to ensure crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are documented and accessible.
- Ensure annual testing is conducted based on a comprehensive testing strategy; that includes the execution of business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery simulations/exercises to include specific site and global BCM recovery processes.
- Coordination of the Spirit AeroSystems site "Emergency Operations Center" (EOC), including plan maintenance, sustainability, and team membership.
