- The Building Operations Associate supports the daily functions of the department ensuring tasks are processed effectively and on time.
- The Building Ops Associate interacts and negotiates with vendors while displaying strong knowledge in the practices of office equipment, supply ordering and delivery, day-to-day operations, phone support, mail room support, and food services support.
- Provide support for all incoming copy and printing requests, maintain stock of branch print-on-demand products.
- Handle inventory movements with third-party storage facility and reconcile monthly inventory with accounting system.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and courier services, including sorting and scanning incoming mail/packages as well USPS mail.
